Once you close on your new Pratt home, you will receive a letter with instructions on setting up your online account. You can not set up your account until you receive this letter.

Once you have created your account you will be able to easily complete various different tasks. Including but not limited to online payments, viewing your account statement, downloading community statements, and receiving community emails.
