Overview
PRATT & ASSOCIATES, LLC has openings for the position Construction Manager with Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering any or related to effectively manage and coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors throughout all project phases. Collaborate with Pratt staff, local engineers, review agencies, and clients to ensure project goals are met on time and within scope. Lead project planning, budgeting, and resource management while maintaining thorough documentation. Prepare strategic and marketing plans, and revise them as needed. Oversee cost estimation, budgeting, and contract negotiations. Maintain updated SOW and preconstruction documents, ensuring compliance through strong vendor and contractor relationships.
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering any or related
• Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable
• High level of confidentiality for all company, personal, and investor financial information.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Must be able to negotiate a wide range of personalities and work styles to accomplish set goals.
• Ability to keep multiple projects progressing in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong internal personal skills, collaborative mentality.
• Understanding of residential building processes, construction terminology, and standard job site practices.
• Comfortable using scheduling software, email, and digital project documentation tools.
•Understanding of local regulations, permit requirements, and quality control standards.
