The Chesapeake has all the features of a larger home while still exuding that bungalow feel.

Our newest floor plan is a fusion of an open floor plan – with some “classic” elements including a formal dining room and a conveniently located powder room. The kitchen is thoughtfully laid out so nothing interrupts the line of sight from the front to the back of the home.
A large laundry room and drop zone have access from the garage area – making muddy shoe removal and grocery unloading a snap while keeping those last-minute items close at hand.

At the top of the attractive stairway, there are two additional bedrooms – one with its own walk-in closet. A 14 x 14 bonus room makes a perfect man-cave or indoor she-shed. Extra attic walk-in attic storage keeps it all nice and tidy.
