Our Peace of Mind Warranty Plan is designed based on the conversations you and your Pratt warranty service provider have at the 30 day and 11-month Warranty Review checkpoints.

Warranty Emergencies

Warranty Emergencies include no electricity, gas, or water to the entire home, a system malfunction causing ongoing damage, and/or a condition immediately endangering health and safety.

New Pratt Homeowners

Once you close on your new Pratt home, you will receive a letter with instructions on setting up your online account. You can not set up your account until you receive this letter. Once your account is created, you can easily submit ARB requests, view different documents, communicate with your community, and more.

PrattConnect Portal

Your PrattConnect portal allows you to reference all of the information regarding your home’s details, finishes, paint colors, hardware and more. Whether you need to touch up some paint or you just want to review what selections you’ve made during the design process, PrattConnect offers an easy way to access all of this information at a glance.
