To ensure your satisfaction, we’ve established a comprehensive Peace of Mind Warranty Plan designed to effectively service your home. The Peace of Mind Plan is our commitment that materials and workmanship are warranted for one year from the time of closing. Everything you need to know about your warranty coverage, including Scheduled Warranty Reviews is outlined in this plan. Homeowners may also download our Peace of Mind Plan to use as a guide and reference on home care.

*Our Peace of Mind Warranty Plan is designed based on the conversations you and your Pratt warranty service provider have at the 30 day and 11-month Warranty Review checkpoints. This provides you with maximum protection and allows us to go to work for you efficiently and effectively. Warranty Emergency

What is considered a true warranty emergency? Situations such as no heat or air conditioning, an active water leak, or anything that causes major discomfort qualify as a warranty emergency. If your issue falls into one of these categories, please call 423-267-9917. For heating or air conditioning issues, you can also contact AirSystems directly using the phone number listed on your thermostat.

Please note that any non-emergency home concerns will be addressed during your 30-day and 11-month reviews.

Pratt Connect

Your PrattConnect portal allows you to reference all of the information regarding your home’s details, finishes, paint colors, hardware and more. Whether you need to touch up some paint or you just want to review what selections you’ve made during the design process, PrattConnect offers an easy way to access all of this information at a glance.

CUSTOMER CARE

Owning a Pratt Home ensures that you will receive a timely response to your warranty requests. We have included an overview of our Warranty Guidelines below for your convenience.

As you get to know your new home, some things may arise that need to be addressed by your builder. We understand that this is part of the new home experience and are prepared and well-equipped to address any concerns you may have with your new home. We have made it as simple as possible to address warranty requests so you receive the same level of care after you move into your home as you did while it was being built.

Your new Pratt Home comes with a one-year warranty for any problems arising from workmanship or materials, commencing on the date of your closing. In addition to the Pratt Warranty, many of the products in your new home carry separate or extended warranties. All of this information will be included in your closing package when you move into your new home.

WARRANTY VISITS

As part of our commitment to service your home throughout the warranty period, we have instituted a scheduled 90 day and 11-month warranty visit. Our goal is to ensure all of your warranty needs are appropriately addressed while providing you with the comfort of knowing that a Pratt Home Builders representative will be there for you both before and after closing.

Your Pratt Customer Care representative will contact you to evaluate your warranty items. Once the evaluation is complete, your Builder will coordinate the necessary repair of the area of concern. It is our goal to address all of your warrantable items within a reasonable timeframe. As with any warranty service you or your authorized representative must be present to provide access to the home for service items to be completed.

Once you close on your new Pratt home, you will receive a letter with instructions on setting up your online account. You can not set up your account until you receive this letter. Once your account is created, you can easily submit ARB requests, view different documents, communicate with your community, and more.
