Robin Warren does not PLAY! As a new owner of a 5 yr old Pratt home, I emailed questions about interior paint color to her after midnight. By 10 am, she had sent ALL the paint selections, and style and color of my shingles and floor! She also graciously included an attachment for me to transfer the 10 year warranty to our name. If this is an indication of Pratt Customer Service…I am impressed!!

We are so incredibly pleased with our new home in Engel Park, fit and finish is superb to say the least and that was after we went through everything with a fine tooth comb. There was a speed bump with the horrific utility company called Tennessee American Water, while I got a bit aggressive with your team at Pratt regarding that it was not on them and entirely on the utility but they resolved it swiftly. Your entire team from start to finish has been incredible to work with and I cannot even express my gratitude to every single one of them. Kirk, Jordan and Tyler especially as they were the main folks helping but anyone else who touched the deal has also been incredible.

I seldom provide customer service comments unless I’ve had a bad experience. However, I feel there’s the need to pass along some positive comments about the entire construction process of my uncle and aunt’s Pratt home. Dell Peoples is awesome. I met him while touring your model home in search of a plan that would meet my uncle and aunt’s needs. We “clicked” from the beginning, even though I gave him lots of challenges to overcome. I threw him a lot of curves and questions, all of which he knew the answers or promptly got back with me. After getting to know Dell, I was comfortable the construction process was going to be a positive experience. A blanket comment for your staff and others I came in contact with is that everyone is nice, accommodating, professional and easy to work with. From my perspective, that says a lot. This entire home construction process resulted in my uncle and aunt getting a home they can be proud of. Thanks to all involved for making it a positive experience.

Not only did Chris T., do a great job helping us through the process, he kept in touch throughout those years while we tried to sell our home. Working with our builder was a smooth, stress-free experience. Trying to work full time, select and make sure a house going up is typically stressful. I never had to worry about that.
